PHILLY 3 FOR ALL: Feria del Barrio, Jenkintown Festival of the Arts, Before and After Utopia

Feria del Barrio
Sunday, Sept. 18, 12:15-5:30 p.m.
El Centro de Oro: 2700-2800 blocks of N. 5th St. (between Lehigh Ave. and Cambria St.)

More than just a neighborhood fair, one of the city's largest family celebration of Latino heritage, arts and culture returns after a year off and expects more than the 12,000 people who showed up in 2009. Featuring live entertainment, art demonstrations and a variety of artists, vendors and exhibitors, attendees should bring an appetite -- the cuisines of many Latin American countries will be represented.

Jenkintown Festival of the Arts
Sunday, Sept. 18, 1-6 p.m.
Jenkintown Town Square (Greenwood and Leedom St.)
Free admission
This annual event in the heart of Jenkintown has turned into a suburban hotspot, especially with the growth of its BrewFest, which features a variety of local brewers, and its juried art contest. The Prudent Men and The New Motels and Beretta76 are among the scheduled acts.
