You're invited to this "revolutionary gardening experiment" at what is no doubt one of the city's most spirited and civid-minded blocks. This is more than just another community garden -- it's part of an ongoing effort to
revitalize West Rockland Street by reducing litter/dumping, creating gardens, planting trees, reducing stray cats, improving communication and accessing city resources.

On Saturday they're heading back to where it all started for a big ol' birthday bash that includes Fourth Wall co-founder, multi-talented artist and recent Downtown Urban Theater Fest winner Brinae Ali performing her one-woman show Steps. Also appearing are alt-rock duo Suspect 9, spoken word regulars Nina "Lyrispect' Ball and Carlo Campbell, and house band The Jimmy Crack Corn, among others. If you miss this, you won't want to miss the opening of Fourth Wall Art Gallery, a new space it acquired in Old City at 158 N. 3rd St., on June 3 from 5-8 p.m.
