Merchantville's intimate nature is buttressed by an old-world feel complete with historic storefronts, vintage street lamps and antique shops. Small doesn't mean limited--there are an impressive array of shops and restaurants here, and the transit-oriented community offers historic house tours, arts festivals and downtown candlelight shopping, among the things to do that are increasingly bringing more visitors from throughout the region here.
