The Blue Cross RiverRink at Penn's Landing is so popular in its 18th season that skating lessons are sold out for the entire 2011-12 season. However, that doesn't mean you can't get on the ice and skate at your own pace.

In addition to upcoming special events at the rink, Flying Kite is giving away 20 free passes to skate

Just tell us how many passes you'd like (please keep requests to five or less) and why some time at the RiverRink would do you and your friends/family some good. We'll select the best entries and hook them up with passes.

There is a Sweetheart Skate for Valentine's Day on Feb. 14 (6-9 p.m.). Area DJs spin every Friday and Saturday night from 9 p.m.-12 midnight. The RiverRink is open through March 4.
