Nearly 150 restaurants, from Amada to Zahav, are offering up their best at the best prices. Make reservations here. You can also park for $9 or less at participating Philadelphia Parking Association and Philadelphia Parking Authority facilities from 5 p.m.-1 a.m. with a voucher from participating restaurants.

Unrented retail stores become home to local art, featuring artist collectives representing a variety of genres. Participating groups include Neighborhood Bike Works (508 S. 5th St.), which will feature music by Push Ups, Brick Mower, The Eeries and Aspiga; Phantom Hand (604 South St.) and its exhibition devoted to propaganda posters; Mighty Vision (641 South St.), featuring local illustrator Sam Schechter; Community Cultural Exchange (706 South St.) and its Sound Art Convegence (craft vendors and music);

The Galleries at Moore

Philagrafika's first exhibition since 2010 commissioned Spanish artists Patricia Gomez Villaescusa and Maria Jesus Gonzalez Fernandez to create large-format printings of drawings, paintings and graffiti left by former inmates on the walls of Northeast Philly's historic Holmesburg Prison, which was decommissioned in 1995 after 99 years.
