It's time to get ready for the Clean Air Council's GreenFest. How about a little fall cleaning? Go through your closets, attic and basements, and get ready to swap your goods at Philly's largest environmental festival. Items to swap include: gently used and clean clothing, toys, books and accessories. Bring your items to receive free entry to the swap area or contribute a $5 donation. 
In addition to the swap area, the festival will have over 100 exhibitors and vendors, making GreenFest the place to learn about living sustainably while having fun! 

If you have a bunch of items or can't attend, don't worry, items can be dropped off before the event at Clean Air Council's offices: 135 S. 19th St #300. For more information, click here.

Food Truck Festivus
Thursday, August 28

Franklin Square, Race Street between 6th and 7th Streets
Free admission; no ticket necessary

Get your taste buds ready as Philadelphia's finest food trucks line up along Franklin Square during Food Truck Festivus. Participants include The Cow & The Curd, Little Baby's Ice Cream, LeMoNaDe, Farm Truck Philly, The Grill Cheese, Seoulful Philly, and Oink & Moo BBQ. As you enjoy the food, partake in summer games such as horseshoes and volleyball.

Five Dollar Comedy Week

Need to let off some steam? Look no further than Five Dollar Comedy Week. For seven days, check out original comedy shows at the Shubin Theatre. If you want to see more than one show, you can purchase a wristband for $25, giving you access to 30 shows and any workshop.
