La Colombe, the
Monell Chemical Senses Center and the
Geographical Society of Philadelphia. Try a variety of items from the La Colombe food alongside a coffee and rum tasting, and wine and beer. Listen to Monell olfactory scientists explain how coffee does what it does to your senses. There will also be coffee-themed sensory science demonstrations.
