Susan Nam. Nam is currently documenting a collaboration between the
Asian Arts Initiative and
Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission. She is greatly influenced by her experiences growing up Korean-American and being raised by a single mother. Those experiences heightened her interest in and appreciation of different cultures and families. #OnTheGroundPhilly #Callowhill

Philly Stake! This dinner will focus on supporting creative proposals from visual and performing artists that engage communities through their practice. For those unfamiliar with Philly Stake, it is a recurring event featuring seasonal meals and project proposals. Diners enjoy dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients while listening to ideas and then vote on the projects they deem worthy of funding. Philly Stake is partnering with the
Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and
Drexel University's Center for Hospitality and Sports Management.
