If you're the resolving kind, you've probably been plotting some sort of new look, endeavor or ideology for 2011. Perhaps you're unleashing it as we speak, for the first time this year. If you're still searching, you might want to consider getting back to basics with the folks at
The Clay Studios.
The 36 year-old Old City non-profit aims to shape the future of ceramics by promoting broad access to the ceramic arts through classes, workshops and exhibitions. Three of its featured winter classes begin in the coming week:
-General Pottery II with
John Williams: Jan. 5-March 9, 1:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays
- Figure Sculpture with
Christopher Smith: Jan. 10-March 14, 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Mondays
- General Pottery with Melissa Mytty: Jan. 11-March 15, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesdays
