The
Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia kicks off
another season of its award-winning Architectural Walking Tours, which run Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays from May through October. The Rittenhouse Sacred Sites tour offers religious architecture in the Romanesque Revival and Gothic Revival styles and tracing of city development west of Broad St. from the mid-19th century through the Gilded Age era. Tour runs between 90 minutes and two hours. Reservations are not taken and tours are limited to first 25 people to arrive.

Jeff "Ralph" Stollenwork's collection of screenprints, most of which are printed on wood and are from photos taken under the Frankford El line between Girard and M Street, provides a gritty, colorful look at city transformation. Stollenwork, co-owner of
Awesome Dudes Printing, named the show after an abandoned storefront he saw while walking under the El. The exhibition runs through May 27.
