Philadelphia is one of only four cities in the U.S. selected by the National Science Foundation for such a city-wide festival, which brought together 100 partners and 120,000 visitors last year. Organized by The Franklin Institute, the 10-day event gets in full swing on Saturday with a Science Carnival on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
