If you're one of those early seasonal shoppers, Art Star Craft Bazaar is for you! The retail art and craft show is juried by
Art Star Gallery & Boutique and features 60 independent makers. The show will definitely have something for everyone at prices to accommodate any budget. In addition to being able to buy some cool quirky crafts, attendees can try their hand at a variety of crafting techniques and take home something special at "Make + Take" stands. The Bazaar will also host a selection of food trucks including
Seoul Food,
Pie Stand,
Poi Dog and
Delicias.

The Rotunda is be hosting
ALASH, a group of Tuvan throat-singers. Tuva sits on the southern edge of Siberia, above Mongolia, and this style of singing is influenced by both Chinese and Mongolian cultures. Tuvan throat-singers can sing multiple pitches simultaneously and have been described by Newsweek as "a human bagpipe -- a person who could sing a sustained low note while humming an eerie, whistle-like melody. For good measure, toss in a thrumming rhythm similar to that of a jaw harp, but produced vocally-by the same person, at the same time."
The event is free; however a donation of $5 is requested to help cover the costs of producing the show.

The Barnes Foundation is throwing an exciting First Friday celebration, vaudeville-style. In honor of the William Glackens exhibition, the Barnes has brought in exciting live entertainment, with comedian
Maggy Keegan of Figment Theater playing host. Catch live performances by
Drew Nugent & the Midnight Society, tap dancer
Alexandrea "Brinae Ali" Bradley with percussionist
Dendê and the
Philadelphia School of Circus Arts. Collector screenings will run 6 - 9 p.m. with live performances at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
