Looking for an evening stroll? Look no further than Media, PA! For the seventh straight summer, Media's State Street will be closed to cars on Wednesday nights. Visitors can browse shops, enjoy outdoor dining and check out live entertainment.

As part of Philly Beer Week, McGillin’s has invited Greenville, Delaware's Twin Lakes Brewery to come to town. It's a match made in heaven: One of the oldest continuously operating taverns in Philadelphia teaming up with a brewery that focuses on preserving the American brewing tradition. Co-founder and CEO Sam Hobbs will talk about his fresh, living beer! For those who missed McGilliln's tour of Twin Lakes last year, this is another chance to get a look at what goes on behind the scenes!

The Spruce Foundation will be holding its seventh annual gala celebrating its grant recipients. The foundation works to redefine giving and promote the next generation of philanthropists by supporting programs that benefit Philadelphia youth. Grants were awarded in four different categories: education, arts, LGBTQ, and health and wellness. Winners include iPRAXIS, Asian Arts Initiative, The Attic Youth Center and Girls on the Run.
