Love food? Love doing good? Experience food tastings and live cooking demos while supporting the Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises (CCE). CCE works to fast-track food businesses and grow the local food ecosystem in West Philly. For all you Food Network fiends, Chef Timothy Witcher, Chopped champion and host of the Jersey Chef Cooking Show on YouTube, will headline the event. Help raise more money with the live auction, and munch on some great food from food trucks and dessert businesses.

Join Historic Germantown and the Germantown United CDC to meet your neighbors and celebrate the vibrate community! This is the first in the Second Saturday series, which features all 16 Historic Germantown sites open for exploration. Experience the cultural attractions and businesses that make Germantown such a cool place! This month's celebration features a special dance performance by BalletX, live music, food trucks and more.

7th Annual IPA Block Party

Time to head down to Hawthornes for their annual IPA Block Party! For those unfamiliar with the event, it features a variety of hoppy brews, including some rarities like Russian River's Pliny the Elder, Half Acre Vallejo and more. There will also be some not so hoppy beers for the non-IPA lovers. 

The event is dog and kid friendly: The "Kidz Zone" will feature a dual lane slide and fun games for the whole family. 

Hawthornes' kitchen crew will be whipping up tasty treats including fried saffron mac & cheese with bbq brisket, chicken teriyaki sticks, french toast sticks with blackberries, and more.
