The Trestle Inn is teaming up with the
Animal Care & Control Team of Philly (ACCT Philly) to raise $5,000 for
ACCT Philly's Pet Food Pantry. The food pantry helps locals feed their pets so those animals can remain with their families. This year's battle contenders are Alison Hangen of
The Olde Bar, Mathias Bable of
Charlie was a sinner, Christina Rando of
BRICK AND MORTAR, and Scot Schultheis of
The Trestle Inn. The night will feature four cocktails, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle. If you're unable to make the event, please consider making a $25 donation to ACCT Philly's Pet Food Pantry.

Comedy Showcase & Open Mic

#OnTheGroundPhilly home at the Asian Arts Initiative and checkout their comedy showcase and open mic night. Jenny Yang, a Los Angeles-based comedian, TV and Buzzfeed writer, and founder of
Dis/orient/ed Comedy, will host the evening's lineup which will feature Suzie Afridi and others. If you're feeling daring enough, the mic will open up for audience members to entertain the crowd with their personal stories and performance work.
