Over the last several months, close to 100 local non-profit organizations submitted short videos (five minutes or less) to the Philly DoGooder Awards. Some organizations were paired with local filmmakers through a
Video Hackathon to create a piece for submission.
The videos offer a platform for these organizations to tell their story and detail their impact on the community. The public voted online and winners will be revealed this Thursday at the Philadelphia DoGooders Awards Ceremony. Winners have a chance to win up to $250,000 in resources.
